Tracking Employee Training Progress

I have assigned QBO ProAdvisor training, as well as other modules, to my employees as part of their professional development.  It would be helpful to have the ability to track employee progress.  When I spoke to support today, my representative mentioned this is not yet available.

Tracking Employee Training Progress

This is not the impression we want you to have, Cambium1.


I know how beneficial it is to your business to track the employee's training progress. However, this feature is unavailable for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Certification training and exam.


However, you can access the Team menu to see your active and team's certifications at any time. This shows all of your certifications and whether they're still valid. If one anyone needs to renew, the status will be Inactive.


Here's how:


  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
  2. Go to the Team menu.
  3. Select the Training tab.

Feel free to send feedback to our Proadvisor Team about this one. After all, enhancements of the training and certification are largely the results of feedback provided by users, such as yourself.


Just go to this link: Then, enter the details in the Give us Feedback page and tick Submit Request once done. 




Our ProAdvisor Team will be reviewing your request, however, they are unable to respond to any feedback about an exam question or answer.
