I know how beneficial it is to your business to track the employee's training progress. However, this feature is unavailable for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Certification training and exam.
However, you can access the Team menu to see your active and team's certifications at any time. This shows all of your certifications and whether they're still valid. If one anyone needs to renew, the status will be Inactive.
Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
- Go to the Team menu.
- Select the Training tab.

Just go to this link: qbproadvisor.com/feedback. Then, enter the details in the Give us Feedback page and tick Submit Request once done.
