I also have been trying to log in for the last hour, and I have not been able to. I am supposed to run payroll before 10am, but that is not looking likely.

The problem you are currently experiencing may be due to your browser. Excessive cache buildup in the browser can lead to unexpected product behavior and could be the reason why you are unable to access QuickBooks.
Let's start accessing your account using a different or private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:
If you can log in to your account, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser as another option.
