I didn’t use any intuit services this year and in fact have a new card from the last time I did use turbo tax (years ago). However, I’ve still been charged $171 by intuit. I called and they said they have no record of any transaction. I can’t dispute it with my bank because apparently this was a physical POS transaction even though, again, did not use any intuit service this year. I need a refund for money I never spent and no one seems to be able to help me.
I can also see that you're previously reached out to our phone support team about the charges. Please know that charges and refunds inquiry would require us to open an account which can't be done in the Community because this is a public forum. In this case, I would recommend reaching out to them again so they can investigate this further.
