I personally don't want any unauthorized charges, especially during the pandemic and when the money is tight. There's a way to check what the charge is for. Just go to this article and fill out the form: Understand Intuit Charges on Your Credit Card or Bank Statement.
I can also see that you're previously reached out to our phone support team about the charges. Please know that charges and refunds inquiry would require us to open an account which can't be done in the Community because this is a public forum. In this case, I would recommend reaching out to them again so they can investigate this further.
