As of now, the option to upload customer transactions to a recurring invoice template is not available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You’ll want to edit or create a new recurring template. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Recurring transactions.
- Click New to create a new template or select Edit under the ACTION Column to edit the template.
- Add additional details to the recurring invoice.
- Then click the Save template bottom when done.
