I have followed every instruction and step given, and STILL am only given the ONLINE option, which I do not want. I want to stick with the Desktop Pro version. Please help. I have NEVER been given just the option to "upgrade now?"

Thank you for your reply! I have already tried the "show one time messages" and nothing. No upgrade option; occasional UPDATES, but nothing saying "upgrade". Same with Discovery Hub - only takes me to ONLINE options. Not sure where to go now.

I have experienced the same thing as Breesgal. I tried the camps.intuit.com. That doesn't work either. I've tried everything. Nothing works. No option to upgrade to 2024. Don't know what to do.
