Since you're only seeing this selection and are still experiencing difficulties upgrading your software, I'll suggest another approach to help you move forward. Here's how:
- Log in to camps.intuit.com.
- Find QBDT Pro Plus 2024 in the Products & Services list.
- Select Details, then Download.
Before installing the latest version, ensure you create a backup of your data and that your computer meets the system requirements.
Then, proceed with these steps:
If you're on one computer with no network
- Make sure you have an active internet connection.
- Open the file QuickBooks.exe.
- Choose Custom and Network Options- This lets you install the new version in a different location and keep prior versions installed.
- Hit Next, then Install.
- Once done, select Open QuickBooks.

Finally, update your company files to a new version of QBDT.
