I'll share some steps on how you can get your login credentials, T Scott Stose.
If you're using QuickBooks Online, you can follow these steps:
- In the Sign in page, click the I forgot my user ID or Password link.
- Enter your phone number or email address in the Get help signing in to QuickBooks field.
- Click Continue.
For QuickBooks Desktop, you can recover your account by following the instructions provided article: What is CAMPs and how do I use it?. I'm also adding this link for more information: Get help if you can't sign in to your account.
If you're still unable to sign in, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. Before doing so, please check our support hours here: Support hours and types. Then, follow these steps:
- Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
- In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
- Enter your question and click Let's talk.
- Choose either Start a chat or Call us
