Hi Joesem M,
Thank you for the information. I need to remove all pricing including the total in the footer. I am trying to create a Work Order that I can print without pricing to use in my shop.
I get the feeling I will not be able to do this.
Thanks again!
HI there, @druckerman.
Removing the total footer of the purchase order isn’t possible in QuickBooks Online. In QuickBooks Desktop Premier and Enterprise have a feature called Sales Order. This can be modified into a work order form. The sales order feature does exactly like the work order, which they link orders to specific customers and invoices.
In QuickBooks Online, you can use the concept of Estimate. This feature also links to customers and can also be converted into an invoice. For additional information on how to create Estimate please check this article: Set up and use estimates.

Hi MaryAnn_E,
Thank you for the information. I initally subscribed to Essentials online and that didn't have the features I needed so I switched to Premier Desktop 2020 and spent a few days imputting client info since we weren't able to import. I also spent a few hours customizing forms including the sales order. Then I called in to set up the new merchant account and the agent was surprised that I had switched to desktop. I explained why I had and she assured me that Online Plus was able to create Sales Orders. I am finding out now that is not possible. I am very disappointed that I was misled and the ordeal has cost me a week that could have been spent serving my clients.
