I am trying to get a validation code as I had to load my Pro 2013 on a new laptop. Have tried phoning all numbers found on the web with no luck.

I would appreciate your help in resolving my issue. I did however, download the trial version to get my monthly statements out. This morning when I tried to do an invoice it did the invoice and then threw all my data out. I am now desperate to get my previous 2013 program up and running again. Every time I try and do something as you suggested, I don't get anywhere. Sandi

I have tried both ways but cannot for the life of me get in touch with anyone. I am just going around in circles. Living in South Africa is not easy. Who are CAMPS - everytime I try to contact them it just says sign in and I am back to square one.
If you are located in South Africa, it's very possible you have UK version, not US version.

My Laptop crashed in 2023 and I have not been able to get a validation code. I am using QB pro 2010.
it appears like QB are not interested in QB Desktop users like us. I got into contact with the UK (I'm from South Africa) the lady I spoke to told me they don't have support for QB Desktop. Is that acceptable. I wouldn't think so.
