The accumulation of cache may have an impact on browsing performance. Sign in to QuickBooks using an incognito window or private browser to clear this out. This mode does not save history webpages, which causes the software to behave strangely. You can refer to these shortcut keys:
Check your vendor data to see if you may now view the details. If so, return to your main browser and delete its cache. This will refresh the system and erase any old data causing viewing and performance issues. Switching to a different supported browser can also fix the issue.

Or it could be Intuit's bug - yet another rather horrible bug likely associated with the latest updates.
