We are experiencing challenges when creating new assets / Liabilities using the Online Quickbooks, through the chart of accounts. We are getting an error, "Something went wrong" and thus the system is unable to complete the transaction. Please support.

If you have not reached the maximum account limit and still can't create a new account, it may be due to browser-related issues. To resolve this, we can log in to your QBO account using a private browsing window that doesn't record history or data. Use these keyboard shortcuts:
Once logged in, go to your Chart of Accounts and try creating an asset or liability account. If it works, I recommend clearing the default browser's cache. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
