Hello,

If you sign up for annual billing, you get 10% off.  Thats the price difference.  If you're on monthly right now you can switch to annual billing.

Hi there, @fbernard14

Thanks for taking the time to reached out to us. I'm here to guide you to the right support so you can get the help you need.

At Intuit, we value our relationship with you as a QuickBooks user. Your account's security is one of our top priorities here in Community. As much as I would love to get this handled directly, pulling up your account to check the renewal price of your subscription requires your company information, which I am unable to do in this public forum.

To make sure this issue will be addressed properly, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you further information about the renewal charge.

You can contact our phone support through this link: https://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/?infosrc=qs&service=64.

I'm only a couple of clicks away if you need anything else, I'll be around to help. Have a good day.

When I went to cancel my annual subscription last week we saw a 50% offer on our account so we decided to go ahead and let it auto renew. However today we were renewed at full price! Yes a total rip off unfortunately. And customer service seems to be purposely misunderstanding the situation.

Good day, Zand05.

If I'm in the same situation, I also would like to have 50% off.

I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support again. They are the ones to verify your subscription and make some adjustments if needed.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Go to Help and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter Subscription Inquiry and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose either to Start a message or Get a callback.

Visit our QuickBooks Help page for more reference regarding accounts and billing concerns.

Post again here if you have more questions. Wishing you all the best!

@skimann747

Had you paid your account thru a bookkeeper, you are not the account owner. Had your request declined to claim your Master Admin, you may have other options with additional effort and cost to claim your data, not your paid subscription.
