I'm trying to put info in my customer that is searchable, but I can't figure out what fields are searchable.
I appreciate you for bringing this matter to our attention, Sarah. To ensure this information is available in your search field, you need to check the boxes for the specific details you want to display in the columns and make searchable. Let me provide the steps to include this.
Please note that when you search for the information, click on the pop-up suggestion rather than pressing the Enter key on your keyboard.

Thank you for your response. I tried putting the info that I need searchable in the "mobile" field since that was empty for the customer where I need to add the info, and I made sure it was checked as you described. When I tried to search for it, it still doesn't show up, regardless of whether I click enter or just look at the pop up. What am I doing wrong?
I value the efforts you’ve put into addressing this matter, Sarah, and I can assure you that you’re headed in the right direction.
When searching for a mobile number, ensure that you only enter the digits, omitting any characters such as dashes or parentheses. Wait for the pop-up to appear; do not press Enter or click the magnifying glass icon.

Thanks for your response. I don't have a mobile number in the mobile number field. I need somewhere to put text that will be searchable, but it can't be in the customer name, address, or email. I tried it in mobile number because that field was empty. Will the search function only find numbers (not text) in the mobile number field?
