I'm amazed the success QB has at frustrating customers. Is it really that hard to have a ticket system for support????? Is it really that hard to have an after-hours e-mail or online form where I can send my support requests? Not everyone works M-F 6am - 6pm PST.
I can't wait until the end of the fiscal year to jump ship on this terrible "product".
Btw, I apologize to all the poor forum members (who are also unfortunate users of this terrible software). My all caps question is for the QB team.
Hi Ah2019,
Having access to Support is really important. That's why we're here to help you 24/7.
Yes, our Support is only available from 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and for this reason, the contact forms are only available during that period. But again, we can still help you in the Community space as long as your concern is not related to accounts or anything that doesn't need to check your QBO company. Just let us know in the Reply section below.
On the other hand, we have articles for QBO available online. You might be able to find answers to your concern by using related keywords or topics on your searches.
We can only rely on this community to get 24/7 supports. If you are tired on QB, contact us once you need a migration service to other product 8)
Thank you JessT for the rapid response. This problem is related to QBO where viewing the audit history of a deleted item is showing up as a blank page. I've tried in Firefox, Chrome, and IE, with no luck. So I'm fairly certain this will require tech support.
Is there a reason why Intuit doesn't have an online support system where frustrated customers like myself can at least create or view support tickets? Literally every other reputable company of decent size has this.
Hello there, @Ah2019.
I appreciate you for sharing more details about the issue. Allow me to step in and share some information about using the audit log feature in QuickBooks.
When you delete an item, you should be able to view the details from the history of the transaction. Since you're getting a blank page and already tried the browser troubleshooting, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team.
One of them will need to take over and assist you further with fixing the issue. Also, the tools to perform an escalation are available if necessary for them to help you get you back on track.
Here's how you can reach them:
Currently, the ability to create support tickets is only available when you contact QuickBooks support. I understand the value of the feature you're looking for. This way, we can improve the program for a better user experience.
For the time being, you can visit this website: QBO AU Resource Centre. Then, scroll down to the page where you can locate the Help Your Business Thrive section.
From there, enter your First Name, Email, and click Subscribe. That way, you'll get the latest tips, advice, and resources straight to your inbox to help your business succeed.
I've also attached an article you can use to learn more about using the audit trail in QuickBooks: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to hit that Reply button if you have additional questions. Have a great day ahead.
