Has anyone found a solution yet? Also, when I get to the screen to contact Quickbooks, the call feature is "closed" and when I click on the message feature, I get a message that it is currently unavailable. I NEED a solution!

Thank you for taking the time to join in on this thread. I'll provide details of the Support's schedule.

 

I can see that KlentB and Mark_R had already provided a good amount of troubleshooting steps. At this point, it's best if our QuickBooks Desktop Support can take a look at your setup to check this further.

 

The Support team is open on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT. I suggest contacting them early in the morning while the call and chat volume is still low, so you will be connected to an agent immediately. You can also check their schedule for any changes.

I am having the exact same error as described above.  As most documentation provided by QuickBooks/Intuit describes a magic button to start the export process to move the books to the Online Platform, no such luck here.  The version we were running was 2021 Enterprise which mind you was fully updated, then we updated to 2022 Enterprise.  After, one representative gave us the incorrect direction, and no I am not kidding, we finally found the instructions that mention using Ctrl + 1, the Ctrl + B + Q, to get to the screen to start the process.  I have shut off our Antivirus software, reset all browser settings- thinking there is a setting of, and still the Script call://Beanstalk.... is just a white, blank page.  This is absolutely ridiculous. For a multitude of reasons, A. the yearly cost of Enterprise, and B. every time I talk to a tech support agent they have been pressuring us to move to the online service.  So far, I can't say I am impressed and this needs to be fixed faster than a cat can lick its own you know what.  Sincerely a very frustrated, long time 23+ Years QuickBooks user!

Have you tried migrating your data from QBD 2021? We still managed to do that last week. We have no interest in troubleshooting the issue in QBD 2022.
