It's great to have you here in the Community space, @franschex.

I'm here to help you address your concern about the error message you've received in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Beforehand, I'd like to ask what specific transaction you did when the error message occurred. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. You can log in to your QBO account using a private browser. This way, you can review and double-check the accuracy setup of your account.

You can use these shortcut keys on your keyboard to access incognito mode:

  • Safari: Control + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

If that works fine using a private browser, go back to your original browser and clear its cache so the system can start fresh. Also, using a different supported browser can help us dig deep into the root cause of this unexpected behavior.

Additionally, you can check out this article for more tips and resources while working with QuickBooks in the future: Help articles, video tutorials, and more.

I'll always be here in the Community if you require additional assistance managing tasks in your QuickBooks account. Let me know in the comments below so I can further back you up.

Actually, @Sherrie_F   It's a QB issue.  There are MULTIPLE posts here in the community about it.

Thanks for reaching out here in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Agourakumon. Let's tackle that error message you received together and get it sorted out.

For us, to further determine what happened, can you tell me more about the task you've performed when you encounter this error message?

In the meantime, you can follow the steps that my colleague provided above or the procedures I've listed below.

To get started, you have to make sure that it's the correct link and copy the URL. Next, open an incognito browser and paste the link into the address bar and sign in to your QuickBooks company. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch the window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it fixes the issue, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. If the same thing happens, you have to use other supported browsers and ensure they're up to date.
