Why am I paying $70 a month for a program that keeps crashing and no human being is available for a tech support call?

We have streamlined the process of how you can contact our phone support team. That being said, you can schedule a callback through the Help menu. I can guide you in doing so.

 

Before anything else, can you share more details about your concern? In the meantime, let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private browser. This way, we can isolate this unexpected behavior for a possible browser-related. You can use either of the following shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If you’re able to able to successfully navigate around QuickBooks, you may want to clear the cache of your regular web browsers. Also, you can try using other web browsers. To check any issues with your browser’s health and its compatibility with QuickBooks Online, you can also use the Browser Health Checkup Tool.

 

 

However, if you're using the QuickBooks Online app, let's start by resetting the app data to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state. Here's how:

  1. Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
  4. Be sure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.

If the issue persists, let's try to uninstall then reinstall the QuickBooks Online Desktop App. You can get more information in this article: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support.

 

On the other hand, here's how to contact us: 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Select Contact Us
  4. Type your concern. 
  5. Click Let's talk.
  6. Select Get a callback.
