Why aren't you taking calls or open for online chat when it is clearly past 6am?

Is anyone else having difficulty contacting Quickbooks.  It says to call back during business hours. It's 0850 am?  There hours are at 6am.

Please keep in mind that our Customer Support Team's available hours are: Plus, Essentials, Simple Start M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT
Advanced, any time, any day.

 

You should be able to connect with support now if you wish to speak with them. I'm including some steps below to connect with them directly: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click on either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.
