I want to ensure I provide a timely solution to your invoice template. As of the moment when viewing invoices using PDF view in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is not available if you're on standard templates. You can only use PDF view using the Modern design of your invoice.

Thank you for the response. This is happening on my iPad and I can’t seem to find the menus to change that on here. Am I missing something? This is on quick books simple start

You don't miss anything, Colby. I have the information on how you can make the changes with your templates.
The option to make changes to your template in QuickBooks account using your iPad, is not available at this time. However, you can still log in to your account through a web browser to make any necessary modifications.
Additionally, if you select a template from the Other Templates (View Only) option, you will receive an error message stating that the PDF view is unavailable with this template. To use the PDF view option, you will need to select the Modern option to enable this feature. See screenshots below:
