There are a few things that you should check to ensure that you're getting the most out of your QuickBooks experience:
- Are you using Google Chrome? We recommend Chrome to receive the best quality. If you already use it, make sure that you have the latest release.
- Your operating system may not be up-to-date. Review our system requirements guide for more details.
- Try using an incognito window or private browser. If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history.
- Verify that your internet speed isn't limiting your QuickBooks.
