Hey @kgeiger,
Currently, there’s an ongoing issue where QuickBooks users aren’t seeing anything on their Projects page. Rest assured our engineers are already fixing the issue.
For now, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Customer support. This way, they can add you as one of the affected users. Once they’ve added you to the list, you’ll be receiving an email about the updates of the ongoing issue.
Here’s how you can contact our support:
We appreciate your patience while we’re fixing this. Please let us know if there’s anything you need help with.
Good luck with this! I have been trying to find an answer to the same thing for SIX MONTHS and no one at QB can help. I am tired of explaining my problem to the support people. One guy told me a month ago that my account showed NINETEEN logged calls about the same issue. Yet no one has been able to help me. Find another accounting software.

In order for me to provide you with the best resolution, can you please add some additional information about your concern and how can I help you get back to business? You can share it on this thread, and I would be glad to check on it for you.
I appreciate your time today, and I'm looking forward to your response. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
I would love to get into the sample file and play with Projects, but it does not seem to be working. I have been having clients ask about this feature and before I recommend it, I would like to play with it a little. Why would you launch it if it does not work? It is turned on in the settings but when you hit Projects to try to go into it, the circle just spins? When do you expect feature that you launched and advertise to actually work?
Thanks for joining this conversation, @jldnarp.
The ongoing issue with users being unable to see the Projects list has already been resolved. Just to verify, did you try to access it using our test drive? If so, try to use a different or a private browser as an initial troubleshooting step. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some unusual responses. To use a private browser, here's how:
If it works, return to your default browser and perform clear cache. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.
Just in case, I'm adding this article for future reference: Projects FAQs.
That should get you fixed right up. Keep me posted on how everything goes in the comment section. I want to make sure this is taken care of for you.
Quickbooks always says the engineers are working on it. Crap product. Looking for an alternative now.
