Windows 10

I'm using Quick Books 2023 on a Windows 2019 server.  (Cloud 9 Real Time)

My desktop is Windows 11.

Why do I keep getting a message that Windows 10 support is ending?

Since i'm not using Windows 10 how do I get rid of the Windows 10 message?

Windows 10

Hello there, Pandora18.

You may see a message about Windows 10 support ending if QuickBooks mistakenly detects your operating system as Windows 10. Let's look into this to ensure your QuickBooks experience remains smooth.

Since you mentioned using QuickBooks 2023 on a Windows Server 2019 (via Cloud 9), I recommend verifying with Cloud 9 Real Time that their hosting environment is not triggering this message due to server configurations or older operating systems.

Additionally, please ensure your QuickBooks 2023 is updated to the latest release. An outdated program can sometimes cause incorrect notifications, so keeping your software updated can help eliminate this issue.

If you have checked everything and the issue continues, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Live Support team. They have the specialized tools needed to securely access your account and determine why you are still seeing this message.

Please don't hesitate to reply to us again if you have any further questions.
