Since you're working with a different employer, you can ask them to invite you to Workforce. This way, they can set up your email on their end and you can view your current employer on the Workforce site.
Just share the steps with your employer on how to add you to the Workforce:
Select Payroll, then Employees.
Select Invite to Workforce.
Check the boxes next to the names of the employees you want to invite and enter their email addresses.
