- Go to Settings and select Recurring transactions.
- Click New, then choose Invoice and select OK.
- Enter the name of the template and choose Reminder in the Type drop-down list.
- Fill in the rest of the info, then click Save template.
On your second concern, you can run a Transaction List by Customer report to show the customer's payment history and due dates. Let me show you how:
- Go to the Reports menu and select Reports.
- Search for the Transaction List by Customer report, then click it to open.
- Filter the report, just click the small Gear icon and check the Due Date box.
- Click Run report.
