Can I disable "Send Payment links" feature on customer invoices? Our customers already send us a direct deposit for payments in their system.

Absolutely! fsms2024. Since your customers pay invoices by direct deposit in their system, here are a couple of ways to turn off payment links on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

To better match how your customers send their invoice payments, you can disable payment links to all of your invoices within your QBO account.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to the program and go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click Accounts and settings.
  3. Navigate to the Sales menu.
  4. Tap the Pencil icon for Invoice payments.
  5. In the Payment options section, uncheck the box for accepting online payments.
  6. Select Save and Done to keep the changes.

If you prefer to turn off this feature for specific customers only, you can edit the Customer payment options on individual invoices before sending them to your clients:

After completing these steps, the payment links will no longer appear, and your customers will only have the option to Print or save invoices, aligning better with their current process of paying invoices.
