To better match how your customers send their invoice payments, you can disable payment links to all of your invoices within your QBO account.

- Click Accounts and settings.
- Navigate to the Sales menu.
- Tap the Pencil icon for Invoice payments.
- In the Payment options section, uncheck the box for accepting online payments.
- Select Save and Done to keep the changes.
If you prefer to turn off this feature for specific customers only, you can edit the Customer payment options on individual invoices before sending them to your clients:
