Join nowMy company sent an invoice to a customer with a payment link. The customer would like to forward the email to their employer to pay all or part of it. If the customer forwards the email, will their employer be able to use the payment link?

You’ll be the one to send the invoice or payment link to the employer. This way, they can pay it in full or a part of it.
Just go back to this invoice that you're referring to and then copy the link.
Follow the steps below:
They can now pay their invoices online by credit card or ACH bank transfer.

Thank you for that information. When the customer receives the email, can they forward it to someone else to pay (for example their employer)? Will the link still work when the email is forwarded from the customer to someone else?

Yes, your customer can forward the email, and the other person will be able to review the invoice, then pay it. Just make sure you enable online payments for that invoice, and all they have to do is follow the link in the email.
Customers can pay for the invoice by credit card or ACH bank transfer. You can also process the payment in-person or over the phone.
