Here’s how to reach them:
- At the top bar, choose the Help menu to open the Contact Us link.
- Enter contact support in the field box and then hit the Let’s talk button.
- When the Choose a way to connect with us window, select how you want to reach our support: Get a callback or Start messaging.
Please keep in mind you a have read-only access to your QuickBooks Online data for one year once you cancel the subscription. For more information about the cancellation process, check out the following article: Data availability.
