I cancelled this subscription (see attached). Why was I sent the email pasted below charging me for the subscription that I cancelled? Please reimburse my credit card if I was charged for this subscription today!!
Safety and security of our customers’ information is our top priority. I'm unable to request the sensitive information required to pull up your account and look at billing in a public space like the Community.
For this reason, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team. They can look into this further and provide detailed information about the charges.
Here’s how to reach them:
At the top bar, choose the Help menu to open the Contact Us link.
Enter contact support in the field box and then hit the Let’s talk button.
When the Choose a way to connect with us window, select how you want to reach our support: Get a callback or Start messaging.
Please keep in mind you a have read-only access to your QuickBooks Online data for one year once you cancel the subscription. For more information about the cancellation process, check out the following article: Data availability.
