check printing alignment

Check printing (either payroll or vendor payments) will be off in alignment.  I will go through the process of aligning the checks and it will stay for a while, but eventually the alignment goes off again and has to be corrected.

 

Why does the check printing alignment keep changing?

Let me get the help you need to ensure you're able to print checks with accurate alignments. 

 

To start, let's make sure that QuickBooks is updated to the latest release to get the latest available features and fixes. After that, print your checks again. If the issue persists, proceed with modifying your printer setup. 

 

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the File menu at the top.
  2. Select Printer Setup.
  3. Make the necessary adjustments from the Settings section.
  4. Click OK.
