Check writing and printing.

I am unable to write or print my checks after I installed Adobe Acrobat.

For us to assist you accurately, did you get an error message when trying to create or print checks in QuickBooks? Any additional information would be much appreciated so we can help you appropriately.

 

In the meantime, you can try refreshing your browser to narrow down the result. If you still can't create or print your check, let's proceed with logging into your account using a private browser. It prevents websites from using cookies and doesn’t record any history and data.

 

To do so, you can follow these shortcut keys on your keyboard:

 

  • Safari: Command + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If you're able to create or print checks using incognito mode, it's safe to say that this is a browser issue. We can fix this by clearing your cache and cookies.

 

However, if the issue persists, I recommend using another supported browser.
