I am trying to get help with the $649.00 subscription charge that is coming in April. I do not use QB
on line service or any updates. I spent two hours today trying to get a lower cost for what I do and the young man wouldn't even try to help me he said the $649.00 or they freeze my quickbooks until I pay. This is what my little company is all about I go into my clients bank account with my ID and PW I print out their bank statements and credits cards. Open their company in QB and balance statements give them a P&L and Balance sheet. There is not payroll involved. I back up with a usb drive.
There has got to be something that has to change small company's like mine who has to work to supplement my small social security income.

Is BV3345 a robot? I believe so because if they would have read my complaint they would know that I tried to fix this problem with their customer reprehensive for almost 2 hours and all they want to do is repeat over and over again $649.00 it was like talking to a brick wall.

Great Idea, recording the calls I will start that as well. I also would like in on this. I'm almost 2 weeks in they have been holding 165K from me. I've been making Daily calls and getting Various answers. It is about impossible to stay in business this way. Thanks a lot for tanking my business QuickBooks

They remove all email addresses I guess. It is super super insane that they can hold your money like this. So many people have the same issue its WILD! Idk what to do. It's not a large sum compared to yours but something has to be done. I just don't know what to do. Except post everywhere what is happening and be sure people are aware to not use the service which just sounds like a whole lot of complaining for no action. This grip they have on my health and wealth is insane.
I was lucky enough to have this happen right after I started my company. My client sent the first 5000 dollar payment and this account being canceled for a "business decision" stuff happened. I have 35000 in invoices that were about to be paid to me. So Im lucky that I only lost 5000. Ive called every day. And the operators are very kind. but they are kept in the dark. They get us calling them all day every day. One girl was super kind and told me, they have no access to why this is happening to people. She told me to have my client dispute the charges. Im still waiting to hear back from my client. But for people who have their entire net worth in that account, this is criminal. I thought quickbooks was a reputable company. Ive posted on quickbooks Facebook pages, and I've heard so many horror stories about the exact same thing happening. The support team every day I call them seems like they are empty inside and have no souls. they have no answers. I found an attorney who has a class action lawsuit he's about to file with almost 100 people. And quickbooks keeps doing this every day so Im sure it won't be long. They're erasing email addresses from these chats because they know they are guilty and don't want people to organize. But we are going to. A quick Facebook group search is enough. Join any quickbooks Facebook group and post your story, there will be so many people with the same story and they will connect you with the lawsuit. Don't give up hope.

I believe your complaint is not relevant to the specific case (i.e. holding funds) in this thread. You can use the trial version to access your clients' company files for good if needed.
