Creating a statement with a payment link ("Allow Online Payments" option) crashes QuickBooks.

The R11.1 fixed the earlier issue with the RMSD interface. However, I just noticed that when I create a statement with a payment link (the “Allow Online Payments” dialog is checked) and click Email (which is how we send out most of our client statements), this generates the payable statement in an email, but also causes Quickbooks to crash immediately.

When I try the same functionality with the same company file in R10.3, the statement generates fine, so I’m pretty sure that whatever was changed between 10.3 and 11.1 is causing this new bug.

OS: Sonoma 14.2.1
Quickbooks Mac Plus 2022 V21.0.10 R11.1 (Build 1354).

I did a "clean install" of Quickbooks for Mac 2022 R11.1 as instructed below. The application still crashes when generating a statement with the payment link. I didn't think this was going to work, and it didn't. The issue is clearly something that was changed between R10.3 and R11.1. Please send this to your developer/engineering team. This is not a problem with my installation.

There's really no need for me to contact support. This is a bug in R11.1. I know it's not an issue with my company file, because this functionality works fine in R10.3. Why don't you just notify the development/engineering team and save us all some time?
