Does anyone have a good way to get in contact with the QuickBooks payment support?

I've opened a ticket (with the general QBO department) who said I needed to contact support QuickBooks payment for support.  I asked if they could simply give me an email for that department, or transfer my ticket to them but neither of those were options.  The only solution seemed to be to go to the following linkhttps://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/Messaging-Payments-Online/23042/view (after closing out of the conversation) and try to chat with the department there.  The link (even after closing out of chat) is not working.

So my issues I'm to resolve are

1) How to best get in contact with QB payments department

2) I was told after 3 months given our volume we'd receive a 40% discount and to reach out then - am I misinformed?

Thank you to the QB community for any support/advice. :)

I’m here to ensure you’ll receive the assistance you need, @CodeToChill

I appreciate you for reaching out to the Community for assistance. Have you tried accessing the link using an incognito or a private browser?

The link you’ve provided is the fastest way to connect with payment representatives. Kindly open it through an incognito window or other supported browsers, then redo the process. I also recommend contacting them from Monday-Friday 6 AM to 6 PM PT. This way, you’ll be assisted immediately.

You can check this article for more information about our contact features. It has complete instructions to get in touch with our Payment Support team and a list of resources that may help concerning payments.

In addition, here’s our support page where you’re able to learn about our products. You can select each topic, watch step-by-step videos, and get started with the webinars.

Please let me know how this goes. I’m determined to help in any way I can. Always take care.:)

Thank you for the suggestion.  I just thought this could be helpful to share to anyone who has the same browser trouble for this page:

I'm on iOS m1 and using the chrome browser (I believe built for m1) - neither the incognito tab nor my general worked however safari did.

Thank you, I was able to reach support :)

Does anyone have a good way to get in contact with the QuickBooks payment support?

I am extremely frustrated with Quickbooks at the moment.  Although Ive been using quickbooks for 5 years, i started a new business that required a new merchant account.  My client processed a payment on 2/5/2021 and I'm trying to find the status of payment as it is now 2/10/2021.  I had a conversation in the chat box and i was told that i wouldn't see the payment until 2/17/2021.  This is extremely unacceptable.  I would have had my client pay a different way.  How do I actually to speak to someone over the phone?  Im certain they have the funds by now.  Im in medical supplies and this is for COVID testing equipment.

I understand your frustration after knowing the status of the payment that was processed through QuickBooks Payments, Takingadeepbreath.

Let me make it up to you and ensure you'll know when to get the funds paid by the client.

Each day, QuickBooks Payments combines all of your customer payments for the day into a single record. This record is called a deposit, and sometimes as a batch of payments.

You can check the status of processed payments from QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Sales menu and select the Deposits tab.
  3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

You'll see each payment that's part of the daily deposit. It also shows related processing fees as separate transactions.

Deposit speeds depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. You can consider checking the deposit speed from QuickBooks Online.

To check the current deposit speed:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
  4. If you see a Learn more link, you can apply for next-day payments.

If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, ACH payments will take a bit longer during the first month. You'll get these payments within 5 days for the first 1 to 4 weeks while we set everything up.

We'll send you an email once everything is set up to let you know your payments will process at the normal speed. If there's an issue with a payment, it won't show up in a daily deposit. Check your email settings if you don't see any messages from us.

On the other hand, the availability of contacting our Merchant Service Team, for now, is through chat. You can visit this link for additional information: Contact Payments.

Stay in touch with me if you need additional information about the customer's payments. I'll be right here whenever you have follow-up questions.
