This seems to be a common story with QBO payments. I’d say make absolutely make sure you have your facts right and then seek out an attorney or the FBI (I’m thinking wire fraud). They are way too many simiar stories just like yours for this to be ‘a review’.
Hi, andrich.
I understand that not being able to collect your funds for quite some time can be stressful and inconvenient for you. Rest assured, I'll direct you to the best support to address your issue promptly.
When you initiate the payment process for the first time, we assure you that your funds will be deposited within five (5) business days. This is because we need to establish your merchant account, which may take some time. Once set up, payments will be processed efficiently, and you'll receive funds faster. It's important to note that although we always strive to process deposits promptly, there may be unforeseen circumstances that could cause a delay in this process. To find out why, check out this article: Why are my funds on hold?.
If you haven't already, and since it's past the time frame, I'd recommend contacting our Payments support team. They'll be able to securely access your account, look into the details of the deposit, and provide you with a clear explanation of the delay.
In addition, you can check these resources to learn when QuickBooks deposit customer payments and more:
If there's anything else you need to know about receiving payments, please feel free to ask me! I'm always here and ready to assist you in any way I can.
