For some reason the invoice payment screen is limiting the payment amount to a range of $1.00-$1,500. How do I increase the 1500 limit?

For some reason the invoice payment screen is limiting the payment amount to a range of $1.00-$1,500. How do I increase the 1500 limit?

I'll route you to the best available support so you can request an increase in your payment limits, Brooksidetreasury.

There's a standard daily and monthly payment limit in QuickBooks Online (QBO) payments. It is determined by your banking and processing history. You'll need to contact our Merchant Services Support team and submit a request to expand the limit amount. They can check your account and see the allowable amount you can get.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Select the Help (?) icon at the top right.
  3. Choose or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Pick Start a chat with a support expert.

Feel free to read these handy materials to learn more details about payment processing in QBO Payments:

In addition, you can visit this page for further guidelines if you want to create or modify your sales forms inside QBO. : Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QBO.

With a higher payment limit, customers can pay large invoices in one go instead of making several smaller payments. We're always here if you need further help with payment limits in QBO. Please leave a message below. Keep safe and stay healthy.
