How do I connect my Etsy shop?

1. Go to the Apps menu, and then search for Sync with Etsy.
2. Select Get app now.
3. Follow the prompts provided until you're able to integrate Etsy.

Thank you so much for the reply, but that’s just the problem — I don’t have an apps menu anywhere. I’ve looked everywhere I can think of and googled and googled. It’s not anywhere.

If you're using any of the following versions of QuickBooks—Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, or Advanced, you can find the Apps menu in the lower left corner of your Menu settings. From there, you can discover various applications that work with QuickBooks.

To access the available options directly, you can click on this link: Apps for QuickBooks Online. It enables you to search for the Etsy shop and other related applications.

However, if you're using QuickBooks Online Solopreneur, the option to link to the Etsy shop is unavailable, which is why the Apps menu is not visible. Additionally, you might want to upgrade your subscription plan where the Etsy connector can be accessed.
