Good day to all,
Feedback has been forwarded already to remove the Capital Ads. In the meantime, let's check your screen resolution. We won't be able to see the Save buttons if we're unable to meet the display settings requirements. Check your Windows screen resolution and make sure it's set to 1280 x 1024 or 100%.
As a workaround, you can use these keyboard shortcuts to save the transactions:
In addition. let's make sure that the Receive Payments screen is in full screen view. This helps so we can see the whole page including the Save buttons.
I'm always here if you have more questions in mind.
Hey there, looneycin.
QuickBooks Capital is a new feature and will be offered in QuickBooks Pro, Primer, Enterprise 2017 and higher once updated to release 14. You will see this option listed as "See Funding Options" on the SuperNav or "Get Financing" under the Banking menu and customer payment screen.
The system requirements and proper settings indicate that you need the display to be Optimized for 1280×1024 screen resolution or higher.
You can visit this article to get more information regarding this feature: What is QuickBooks Capital. Additionally, you can check out this column for more details about the Release 14 (R14) updates and improvements: Recent changes, improvements, and fixes in QuickBooks Desktop 2017.

Super frustrating QuickBooks! Please figure out a way to remove it. Not only does it clutter up my payment screen but it makes it difficult to use my memo line & save button. I've figured out how to work around but I'm not happy!
I had this problem in November and posted under User JG19. The problem went away and then this morning I have the message back on my Receive Payments screen, forcing me to maximize the dialog box to enter the transaction. Please STOP doing this. I noticed the AD was moved to the Merchant Services screen in November and it didn't interfere with my work there. This is extremely frustrating. I don't have time to continually work around your changes and need you to remove it once and for all.
