Join nowUsing Quickbooks online, I received an email from intuit stating that Melio successfully processed a payment for an invoice to a vendor but I did not authorize this or want this to be done. For just this vendor only Quickbooks is automatically paying the invoices on their due date. I need to stop this. Can anyone help?

You've mentioned that the payment was processed through Melio. I'd suggest you contact their support for further information, and they can guide you on how to turn off the automated payments.

I should add that I do not have any re-occurring transactions scheduled. I checked that first. I have reached out to Melio and am waiting for a response.
