How do i stop automatic payments

A pleasant day, @karen-reske-goal. I'll make sure you'll get to stop automatic payments made by Melio.

You've mentioned that the payment was processed through Melio. I'd suggest you contact their support for further information, and they can guide you on how to turn off the automated payments.

Here's how:
 

1. Go to Apps.intuit.com.
2. Type in the Melio app in the search bar.
3. Then go to the Contact tab or the Support tab.
   
   

Also, if you are using a scheduled recurring transaction templates in QuickBooks Online, you just have to Unschedule it.

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Recurring Transactions.
3. In the Recurring Transactions list, locate the invoice template. Then, click Edit.
4. From the Type drop-down arrow, select Unschedule.
5. Then select Save template.

I should add that I do not have any re-occurring transactions scheduled. I checked that first.  I have reached out to Melio and am waiting for a response.
