You can make a mobile check deposit in QuickBooks Checking through the Get Money section, CorvusFarm.
Eligible customers will find the option to deposit checks in the Get Money section of the QuickBooks mobile app. Please ensure they meet our requirements, and take note that it may take up to five (5) business days for the funds to be available, so plan ahead if you need the money right away.
Start by entering your check information in the QuickBooks mobile app. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online app from a mobile device.
- Select Cash Flow.
- From the QuickBooks Checking home page, select Send Money.
- Select Deposit checks.
- Note: If you don't see the option or if it's unavailable, it means you aren’t eligible yet.
- Enter the check amount. Make sure it isn’t more than the limit shown on the screen. Keep in mind that deposit limits can't be increased for mobile check deposit eligible customers.
Then, you'll have to endorse your check by performing these steps:
- Sign your name on the back of the check and write “For mobile deposit only” under your signature.
- Take photos of the front and back of your check.
- Place the check on a well-lit, dark-colored surface.
- Capture all four corners of the check.
- Make sure to capture all the details.
Right after, take a moment to review your deposits and submit them. Simply click on Finish depositing to complete the process. You’ll receive an email once your bank accepts your check and when your funds are deposited.
