I’m with this guy! I bought your CD on Amazon for $135 and it had a glitch that made it impossible to efile. I spent hours on the phone with customer support. They hung up on me 2 hours after office hours. I couldn’t reach anyone. It was tax day. The deadline was approaching. Your team emailed me directions and links and codes that didn’t work. I was forced to pay $288 for TurboTax online, accessed through a link emailed to me from your customer support! Plus $135 for a glitching online version. Now you are telling me neither qualify for a refund!!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
This is not what we wanted you to experience, Angrycustomer23. I understand your frustration and I want to ensure that you are routed to the appropriate support.
