Our foundation has to generate a large batch of checks. Can this even be done in QBO Plus? All data (recipient addresses and various amounts) presently reside outside of QBO in a spreadsheet. I'm resisting the upgrade to Advanced because this large batch is needed only once a year.

Thank you for getting back to us, @CSEF.
I'm here to share information about upgrading and downgrading your subscription to QuickBooks Online.
You're free to switch plans or cancel at any time with QuickBooks Online. However, you will be charged for the whole billing period. If you are getting a monthly plan, your plan will be downgraded after the billing period. There will be no prorated refund.
It is important to verify that you will not lose any necessary features before downgrading. Additionally, please note that downgrading will eliminate any discounts that may be associated with your current plan. Before downgrading, you may need to disable certain features. If you are currently using any of these features, please refer to the steps outlined in the relevant section.

Hello there, @CSEF.
Let me provide you with some insights about printing a large batch of checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I understand that you only print large batches of checks once a year, so upgrading to Advanced might not seem necessary. However, please note that the feature to print a large batch of checks is only available in the Advanced version. So, I suggest upgrading your subscription if you want to print a large batch of checks.
Here's how:

If I upgrade to Advanced for a day to complete this one task (importing and then printing), is there anything stopping me from downgrading to Plus after that? I don't mind paying for the time that I do the batch work, but I don't want to pay for a whole year of Advanced when I won't be using any of its features except for the one day.

We have no use for the other features of Advanced, so we won't lose anything when subsequently downgrading. Paying for Advanced in the month that we need it is worth it. Thank you for the explanation.
