I can’t activate QuickBooks Payments. All my info is correct, but I still can’t receive online payments. Please help, this is affecting my business.

I have a valid U.S. address, bank account, and EIN. All documents are submitted and verified. I don’t understand why Payments is not active. I am losing customers because of this. Please check my account or let me know if you need anything else.
