I appreciate you reaching out, @sales1.

QuickBooks Payments has likely rejected your application because the products or services you sell fall under Intuit's Restricted or Prohibited Businesses list.

This aligns with Intuit's risk management policies and compliance rules from banking partners, card networks, and regulators.

You can check the Intuit Payments Acceptable Use Policy to see if your business is listed as a prohibited or restricted activity. This document details all unsupported industries.

If your business seems eligible or you're unsure of the exact reason for denial, reach out to our Live Payments Support team. They can clarify the specific issue, discuss reapplication options, or guide you on submitting additional documentation.

Here's how:

  1. Select Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Proceed to the Search tab to activate the Contact Us button.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Type your concern in box and hit Continue.
  5. You can choose to get a callback or chat with a live expert.
