Buy nowHello, The past few months I have been receiving the same amount of payments. however 1) I can't at the moment push through any instant deposits, and 2) when i check my invoices it shows that it's paid (in review) I need these payments ASAP
Hello Pirate,
It happens when QuickBooks Payments flags a transaction for review, which temporarily holds the funds and blocks instant deposit options.
You can consider checking this article that contains details about funds being on hold: Why are my funds on hold?
Now, to find the specific reason and push these through, please follow these steps:

However, if your funds have been in review for more than five business days, you'll need to contact Merchant support directly. They can check with the risk review team about your specific account and provide a timeline.
The Community is always here if you need anything else.
So apparently what happened is that i made changes to my banking center information and the system flagged it i guess and put my account on hold, it is now no longer on hold, however the funds in the merchant center still say (in review) however I need these payments today,
Thanks for following up with the Community, Pirate_tat87. I appreciate your detailed information.
Once a hold is lifted from your QuickBooks Payments account for a direct-deposit account (DDA) related problem, you'll need to get in touch with our Customer Care team to make sure any funds that might've been held are released to the account on file. If you haven't done this yet, I'd recommend making contact to assure they're released successfully.
They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and discuss any held funds, as well as how they can be released. If they've already been sent as a deposit to your DDA on file, they'll also be able to discuss that with you, including dates of when the deposit(s) were sent.
You can reach them while signed in.
Here's how:
Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.
I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have a wonderful Friday!
