I continue to have issues with the way QB is saving the changes to the invoice template (see attached image). No matter what I do to change the column background color, it will always default back to a gray background. I am not experiencing this with the other templates.... i.e. Statements. Is this a result of a corrupt file or a bug issue. I have download invoice templates and still experience the same issue. PLEASE NOTE: It's only happening with the column headers DESCRIPTION, QTY, RATE, and AMOUNT.

I tried this here on my end and I'm also getting the same result. As of the moment, QuickBooks doesn't have the option to change the background color on the invoice header.
I'll forward this issue to our product developers, so they know this option is something you would like added to the next update. I'd also encourage you to send feedback and suggestions as well. Your voice plays a crucial role in determining how to best improve QuickBooks.
