QB POS client lost power in their store. When everything came back up their ipp350 pin pad started with a couple of issues.

1. Previously when a credit card was inserted the pin pad display would show that card type (Visa, AMEX, etc.). Not doing that now.

2. if a customer purchased something with a debit card and returns the product the pin pad rejects the debit card. They have to manually enter the card in the POS screen.

Any ideas?
