Is QuickBooks having issues with instant transfer payments? Client paid by credit card, funds were withdrawn, but not deposited. Anyone else experiencing delays?

Deposit times may vary due to third-party delays or if you have reached your daily limit (5 transactions per day between $1–$125,000). Limits reset every 24 hours.

Since you're using the Instant Deposit feature, funds should arrive within 30 minutes to your linked debit card or eligible bank account. However, for larger transactions, our system may occasionally delay the deposit up to 5 business days as a precaution to ensure the payment clears.

If your funds are taking longer than these timeframes, please reach out to our Payments support team so they can help investigate the delay. Just click the Select Help (?) icon > Search tab > Contact Us > Type in your concern in box > Continue. You can choose to chat with a live expert or get a callback.
