When you make any changes to your account, you may be required to sign in and use a one-time verification code to complete the update. Also, this process is to confirm that any changes made are authorized by you.
To access your account, please make sure that you are logged in as the Master Admin or a current user of the Merchant Service Center. Then, try signing in to your account from within QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Launch QuickBooks Desktop.
- Open your company file linked to your Merchant Services account.
- Go to the Customers menu.
- Select Credit Card Processing.
- Choose Merchant Service Center.
If you get the same result, I recommend reaching out to our Merchant Support for further assistance. They have tools to check your account securely and verify what's causing this issue.
