Money on hold 15 days; NO HELP

Received a payment from a customer 15 days ago. It was my first payment so it went on hold and QuickBooks requested some additional information from me. I sent it promptly and they told me the issue was resolved. Several phone calls and 15 days later, still no money! I have received payments since then, and they have deposited into my account just fine. Still shows “needs review” in the app and in resolution center on the web browser but have received zero emails and every time I call they say that the payment is ready to be released. So, release it! Frustrating. I award you no points.

Money on hold 15 days; NO HELP

Hello, RJAuto.

I can only imagine the frustrations you went through when trying to fix the withheld funds. I would also do anything in my power to make sure I get my hard earned money.

I appreciate your time in sending the needed documents to us for a resolution on the withheld funds. So, I'd like to take this moment and give you some details about your case.

I've taken a closer look at your issue, and I see that this matter is still under review by the Payments team. As soon as a resolution is concluded, they will communicate any further updates with you through email.

I have also submitted a formal complaint to the Payments team on your behalf.  They may also reach out to you in the coming days for more details about your experience.

In the meantime, if you need to review your financials through reports, I'll include this article in case you need help: Run reports in QuickBooks Online

If you have any other questions, or if you don't hear back with an update from the Payments team, you can always drop by in the Community. We'll provide a status update and other information. We're here to help.
